Talk to Wiglaf and buy gear for Floor 4.



Go South to the Cockatrice.



You must collect all four colored keys. (Crimson, Gold, Blue and Purple).



Go back to Wiglaf and click this below.



Kill boss and go through Shimmering Field.



You have Successfully completed Floor 4.
